What is a minimum order?
Each listing has a minimum quantity in its selling unit. For example, a minimum of two cartons means two full cartons. Check the minimum and quantity steps on the listing before adding it to your cart.
Am I buying pieces or full packs?
Look at the selling unit beside the price: it may be a piece, carton, sack, bundle or a weight. When a pack size is shown, it tells you what each pack contains. Compare the pack contents as well as the unit price.
When do volume prices apply?
Listings with price bands cost less per selling unit when you reach the stated quantities. Some suppliers also let eligible products count together toward an offer. Review the listing and supplier terms; your cart calculates eligible prices and discounts.
Can I order from several suppliers?
Yes. You can add listings from different suppliers to the same cart. Review each supplier’s items and order requirements, along with delivery and the final total, before placing your order.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
You pay in cash when your order is delivered. Review the final amount at checkout, including delivery and any eligible discounts.
Does the minimum subtotal include delivery?
No. The minimum subtotal shown in the budget section is the product cost at its minimum quantity. Delivery and eligible shop offers are calculated separately in your cart and at checkout. Confirm availability for your delivery location before ordering.
